The Leadership Team
Mike BernardÂ
Chief Investment Officer
Chief Investment Officer — Imperium Obsidian Capital Corp
Mike is the Chief Investment Officer at Imperium Obsidian Capital Corp, a permanent capital holding company acquiring and compounding lower-middle-market businesses across Florida and New York.
His background spans two worlds: as a founder, he built and scaled a multi-location service business from scratch. As a fund manager, he founded Imperium Holdings Group, executing equity, options, and macro strategies with a disciplined, risk-managed approach. That combination of operator and investor experience defines how he evaluates every deal.
His philosophy is simple — protect the downside, buy at disciplined valuations, and build lasting value through operational excellence, not financial engineering.

This unique combination of private-sector industrial analysis and high-level regulatory supervision allows her to navigate complex financial landscapes with precision.
